Josie breaks her heart at Ultimate Big Brother final

It was always going to be emotional, but the Ultimate Big Brother final truly has tugged at the heart strings.

Perhaps the most poignant moment of tonight’s show came when a moving tribute was paid to BB5 housemate Jade Goody, who sadly passed away in March 2009.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the house and BB11 winner Josie looked deeply upset as she wiped away the tears.

Josie previously spoke of her admiration for the star telling Ok! Magazine: “Jade Goody was amazing. I loved her.”

After becoming the nation’s sweetheart, down-to-earth Josie was often compared to Jade – something she finds a real honour.

She told the magazine: “To be compared to her is like a dream. I thought about her a lot when I was in there, especially when Ultimate Big Brother started.

“I was looking around thinking she should be here.”

Josie added: “I think we would have been mates. I hope so!”
