Josie has said the charity that will receive £20,000 of her Big Brother winnings will be "over the moon".
During her interview with Davina, Josie admitted that CLIC, a cancer charity for children and young people, will receive a portion of her prize money. After re-entering the house to take part in Ultimate Big Brother, she revealed to Ulrika how the idea came about.
Asked about how her Big Brother appearance would affect her job, Josie replied: "My boss was brilliant and I knew I could trust him so I just told him everything."
She added: "He's the ambassador of CLIC so to know I've donated 20 grand is great. He will be over the moon."
Josie also claimed she would help out fellow contestant Steve, said that people should now be more aware of those who serve their country and are injured in action.
"I hope the government are going to start to help people like Steve," she said.
Ulrika responded: "It was important to have a man like Steve in the house. He's got a profile now so it will be hard for the government to avoid it."
Josie has told Davina about her time in the house and how she intends to spend the £100,000 prize money.
Davina asked her if she thought she would win, pointing out that everyone in the house kept saying they believed she would.
"No, you don't ever want to get your hopes up do you? Don't ever wanna get your hopes up!" she replied.
"Let's talk John James!" said Davina, to screams from the crowd. "What did you like about him?"
"He looks really, really handsome in a football kit," smiled Josie, turning around to see him on the plasma screen. "Oh look at him, look at him! He looks so nice don't he? I like your hair, John!"
"Clearly you liked him a lot," said Davina. "It would be fair to say you were a bit of a randy mare!"
"Randy mare is all I can say," agreed Josie. "But look, he's super handsome isn't he?"
"You said that guys like him wouldn't normally look at you. Why?" asked Davina.
Josie said that she thought he was 'a bit out of her league'.
Davina says What ! repeat that
he's a bit out of her league she repeats
with that Davina asks the crowd if they think he is with this the crowd shouts NO !
"Do you know why you're sat here now?" asked Davina.
"I haven't got a clue!" admitted Josie.
"'Cause you're beautiful inside and out," said Davina. "John James is the luckiest man alive!"
Josie laughed and turned around to John James, asking him: "Did you hear that, John?"
Josie said that every minute in the house without him "felt like an hour".
"It was really hard," she said. "'Cause you're used to spending that much time with someone. When he weren't there I got really down."
Davina reminded the her that she's now £100,000 richer, asking her: "What are you going to spend the money on?"
Josie screamed, then explained: "My charity's Clic so I always said I'd give £20,000 to them.
"If the government haven't pulled their finger out of their arse to pay for Steve's leg then I'll do that as well. If the government haven't pulled their finger out then someone's got to."
"That's completely brilliant," smiled Davina. "Josie, you have been one of the all-time greats, you really have. Would you like to go into the Ultimate Big Brother house?"
"Alright," laughed Josie.
"Before you do that there's someone that wants to say goodbye to you," Davina explained.
John James appeared and hugged and kissed Josie to cheers from the crowds.
Then she re-entered the house
