Josie struggled to spend time with the others in the group as she is missing her Big Brother 11 housemates.
After Josie spent most of the night alone, Ulrika chatted with her at the sofas.
Josie admitted that she was finding it difficult to be in the house after last night's final.
She told Ulrika: "It just feels weird. Even though I love the majority of people in here, I just don't feel right."
Ulrika sympathised, saying: "I don't think it's about liking people. This has been your home for the last two months, and you've been invaded.
"Well, I don't think it's about us invading, it's about your other friends having gone."
Josie agreed with her saying: "I miss them all so badly."
Ulrika reassured her that what she was feeling was normal. "They have been your world!" she said. "I think if you had carried on being all bouncy-happy I'd have thought you were superhuman. Which I think you probably are anyway."
As Josie went for a cigarette, Preston and Nick asked how she was coping.
"Who do you miss most? Or is this not the right line of questioning?" Preston asked.
Josie replied: "I think I miss all of them."
While Josie went to run a bath, Preston talked to Brian, Chantelle and Nadia about Josie's mood. The group agreed not to question Josie further about John James and her other housemates, and focus on the time they would share in the house together.
Speaking to Nikki in the bathroom, Josie reiterated how much she missed her friends but told her that she would feel better soon. "I'll be alright tomorrow," she said. "It's a new day tomorrow."
